The steak at Majorelle was off the charts, partner! The ambiance was so warm and inviting, it was like dining in a cozy chic hideout. And let's not forget the staff-so friendly and helpful. Jesus at the door was a gem, and their breakfast service? Chef's kiss!
Though the decor felt a bit dated, it still had that classic charm you can't resist.

The service is excellent with private parking available and amazing meals. The fact that it has a fast check in, that worked great for us.

I greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was reasonably spacious and clean, location was great and charming close enough to midtown in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The room was immaculate and perfect with a view. Location: the venue was next to the metro, and 5th Avenue and Central Park. Had supper in an in-house restaurant.

The Lowell between Madison and Park is the place to go for that special occassion. It is probably one of city's best kept secret. The Lowell befits all who appreciates tranquility and the finer things in life . It exudes a lifestyle. Nothing more, nothing less. A white orchid placed with an envelope welcomes you to the room. Need I say more. If I did it would no longer be a best kept secret. The staff is cheerful, very professional and at your service. Nothing better than having a swig of iced tea or lemonade located in the lobby before venturing out in the heat to do the town . A bit pricey..... but then again you get what you pay for...... Two cozy elevators at your service.... with the ability two accomodate party of two comfortably. I am old school... two is a couple, three is a crowd... Enjoy

The staff was great! I seemed like I was in a sitcom with my new best mates, especially Jesus! The room was charming. I didn't want to leave!
Just wish they had smart TVs-it's hard to binge my shows on a fireplace! No one wants to be 'that' person in 2023!

Nothing was worth the price paid.
Internet was not working for the first night and next morning, the rooms are very noisy, the closets is too small my requests of changing room have been totally ignored, they lost a pair of pants to be ironed for a whole afternoon

The attentive staff was the highlight of our stay! The only downside was the outdated decor in our suite. A lovely experience 😊

We particularly like the quiet of the location in nyc, which is hard to find. The room we were in was very comfortable and the housekeeping is first-rate. All in all, a very lovely place to stay.

We had a fine Garden Suite with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, perfect for a romantic 25th anniversary celebration. The afternoon tea experience here was good, topped off with fresh flowers and attentive service.

We loved being close to Central Park, where we strolled to the zoo and enjoyed the view at Sheep's Meadow. The staff were super friendly, and the room was cozy and stylish. Breakfast was delicious, too! Definitely recommend it for a fun group getaway.
One issue was the checkout process. We faced delays in getting assistance from the bellman, frustrating when we were running late.

The room was nice, with updated bathrooms and they offered a Christmas tea; the location was great, close to a quaint library and the museums up on Museum Mile.
